Inspired by the tropical flavors of the Amazon region, the food at Inkaterra Reserva Amazonica is prepared with fresh local ingredients,. We serve an international breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, with limited options. All meals include a variety of salads and fruits, as well as a selection of home-made breads. We also offer vegetarian options and a children's menu, upon request. Meals are served in the main dining room, where there is complete bar service with a variety of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (not included in the room rates).

Every day at 3:30 p.m. at the Eco Center.

Our interpreter-guides, or a guest researcher, present an illustrated talk on the flora and fauna of the Tambopata Rainforest. The presentation includes a slide show and an informative discussion on forest biodiversity, covering such topics as rare and endemic birds, insects and other species.
