- Housekeepers are on duty from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- The stove and water heater are fueled by gas. The gas tank can be found at the back of the house.
- Do not drink water from the faucet.
- Do not dispose of paper in the WC.
- Our electric supply is of 220V. Electric converter is available.
- Help us to save energy. Make sure the lights are turned off when you are not in the room.
- To maintain low environmental impact we suggest that you choose whether you want your towels changed every day, or if you prefer to reuse them. If you want to reuse your towel please hang it, if not leave it on the floor and housekeeping will replace with clean ones.
- In case of fire, use the extinguisher located in the kitchen.
- If you should have a problem dial 18.
- Our security guard is on duty 24 hours per day.
- Coordinate with your Housekeeping if you want any spices or vegetables from our bio gardens for your kitchen.
- We like to preserve a harmonious and tranquil environment, help us to maintain peace and quietness throughout the Villas, especially when walking between the houses and during the night.
- We suggest that you leave your valuables in your suitcases; Inkaterra will not be responsible for their misplacement.
