8 training workshops organized in association with the Andean Bio-Commerce Project, in benefit of the Artisanal Fishermen Association and their families:

• Training on fish products and commercialization logistics (2014).
• Training on formalization and sanitary regulations for artisanal fishing (2014).
• Training on the creation and management of fishing enterprises (2014)
• Training on landing, managing and processing of artisanal fishing products with added value (2014)
• Training of onboard fish handling and artisanal fishing techniques (2014)
• 3 training workshops on Ecotourism and Tourism Services (2015)

Two technical assistance courses were organized with Japanese experts, to educate Cabo Blanco artisanal fishermen on onboard handling and artisanal fishing techniques (2014 y 2016).
